So why am I doing this blog?

Because everyone is blogging so why can't I?  To start off I am a woman who did everything and continue to do everything as usual, adding new things to try and will do tutorials and experience stories to share just to show that not all people on Earth can do them.  I am a wife to a man (who did everything HIMSELF, too!), a mother to three cute, rambunctious boys who are the world to my hubby and I, a garage sale junkie (I did a blog on garage sale-ing, but it was taken down due to lack of readership and too many unfair spams), an art and crafts addict (seriously, it's like you have to do arts and crafts to calm you down, otherwise, I would have thrown a lash at everyone :-(  ), a total cook (yes, I have a certificate, but I still need to get a FoodSafe certificate again in order to work in the food service industry again), a sewing machine owner ( so I can use it for everything, from fixing holes on the family clothing, to making clothes and quilts), Internet geek (computer or no computer, IPad or no IPad), a tutor for my kindergarten-aged eldest son (because he still needs help with printing letters and numbers), an advocate for families who choose to do whatever they choose to (will explain later in upcoming blogs, as I will discuss on raising families, babies and breastfeeding, fresh foods VS. prepackaged, prepared foods, etc,.......) and too much more to explain what I can do and what I cannot do.

To begin, it is October 8th, 2011, and tomorrow is Thanksgiving.  My 11-pound turkey is still thawing out in the fridge since Wednesday, but it still feels like it is frozen.  Weird, even the other foods in the fridge are not frozen,.................long yet.  My hubby is napping on the couch after a long week as a mechanic's helper, fixing and upgrading the semis and moving trucks (note to owner of a moving truck:  the next time you find out the truck is in the garage, COMMUNICATE with your company before you get mad at the garage guys that you don't want to have your truck fixed at all costs, otherwise your truck is deemed UNFIT for moving expensive valuables from one place to another!) , my youngest is napping in his crib, and my two oldest boys are disagreeing over who should have most of the Hot Wheels toy vehicles to themselves.  Just earlier, for lunch, I made pizza pretzel buns with pizza dough from scratch and while the pizza buns were in the over for 27 minutes, I was crocheting a baby hat and plan on crocheting a few pairs of mittens for the boys.  So, that how it goes, I am doing something that I normally do in my lifetime as a woman who did everything.

Are you looking forward to what I am going to do on my next blog?  Stay tuned.
